Anyone who thinks that the cross-country trail on the Rossberg is only for beginners, as the trail is on supposedly flat ground, is mistaken. Again and again, you can expect small, tough or longer, somewhat less tough ascents, followed by corresponding descents. An ideal route to really work out. But the Rossberg trail is also ideal for beginners, because there are always transitions to run on a shorter, less long trail. Those who find time to look at the surroundings while skiing will notice that they have a view of a wonderful mountain world. On the left, the Arnist with its neighbouring mountains Schibe and Wachli look proudly to the right, while in the valley behind, the proud Bäderhorn can be seen. Part of the trail is even illuminated, so cross-country skiing can also be enjoyed in the evening.
