Cancellation Costs
ELVIA insurance company will reimburse any cancellation costs (max. CHF 5,000), according to the terms of the insurance, if the insured party either cannot commence travel or must depart early due to an insured event.
Policies are only available at the time of booking.

Medical Evacuation Insurance
The insured party receives unlimited repatriation, with any necessary care, back to home of origin as well as an organized return. Included in any payments are the costs for any unused portion of a stay due to trip cancellation or interruption.
Fog Insurance
The insurer will reimburse related costs (max. CHF 2’000) if, due to prolonged, thick fog cover – determined as of 11:00 a.m. local time utilizing the pictures from the Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort webcam – the insured is therefore unable to complete the planned activities and itinerary.
